Hi,

I have an HP Pavilion dv6000. I was wondering if I can add eSata slot, either separate or as an Add-on to my USB.

Also will that improve the Actual transfer speeds or the speed of USB will act as an bottleneck and there would be no improvement ?

Regards,

Add-on Express Card with esata ports are available though I don't know if they're available in India.

eSata Add-on via expresscard would be beneficial, though not by a lot. If you have PCMCIA, stick to USB for transfer anyway

I have a AC Ryan Expresscard to 2-eSATA card. Get 65-70MBps speeds while copying :)
