0-20k Advice for NAS Case

Hey Folks, I want to Build a small NAS For Myself With Following Specifications

1 - Min 4 3.5" HDD Slots
2 - Budget Is under 10-15k (Should Be available in India)
3 - Has Space For Standard components like ATX ITX mobo

My picks N4 Black but its not available

PS: Am open to all suggestions no matter how unconventional it may seem just it needs to be compact due to space constraints

While I love them for the FourDot fans, the quality, finishing and packing of the cases leave a lot to be desired. They are heavy. The OP can see the reviews.
