Graphic Cards Advice on gpu upgrade

I have computer with i3 12100f and psu of 450w and am planning to upgrade my gpu which is a gt 610 ( I bought this for pure video out ) now I have a budget of around 20k to 25k iam thinking of going with rtx 3060 or rx 7600 any suggestions?
 
if you are ok with used products, you may get a used 3070 or 6700xt within 20k-25k. For those you would need a 650W PSU.

for new GPUs, I would go personally with 4060 because that consumes less power than a 3060 and would go well with your current psu.
 
I think 4060 is your best bet if you don’t want to upgrade your supply and it will save you money on the long run if you’re going to use the gpu performance for long duration daily.
