Airtel account usage Info?

I just got Airtel broadband installed(it is a standalone DSL,no telephone) ,everything is working fine but i am unable to check my account details like plan ,days left,high speed data left etc on smartbytes page.

it gives me error :

transaction error!
GBOD003: This service is not applicable for your DSL ID *************_dsl. For assistance, call 121 from your airtel fixed line.

any idea why i am unable to check usage on this page.
i called CC and he told me to check it in my account page but that page gives me "no records found" error while selecting data limits from calendar and submitting.
 
how many days back did you get your connection. Maybe your account details are still not in the airtel system.
This error comes now and then usually when the bill cycle is about to start / finish. gets rectified in a day or two.
 
If it's not working, then leave it and don't complain to airtel....

I had same problem... And because of this FUP was not implemented in my plan. My plan was 10GB 4mbps, but even after crossing the limit my speed was stayed at 4mbps. I've downloaded more than 60GB once...

All this gone recently when I asked them to upgrade to 8 Mbps plan :(
 
^ yeah,now i can see airtel smartbytes and FUP has kicked in ,damn from 700KB/s to 70KB/s :(
since my account was just setup yesterday,so i guess it took some time for smartbytes to activate on my account ,approx 18 hours...and as BYTES hungry as we Indians are, i was able to squeeze out extra 20GB in that time for free :)

i was hoping it would have stayed like this for another 2-3 days, i would have completed my TV series download of 150GB+.
