Sadly R7 7700 needs to be close to $300 & R5 7600 should be maybe $220, then people might consider. Most PC gamers aren't tech savvy & don't care about AM5 longevity. There's a reason pre-builts sell a lot in US & EU, even the bad ones from Dell.
