@Amarbir don't you deal with newbie.What is that supposed to do with the deal ???.Ahhh come on sir take a break you have been pointing out mistakes at other without accepting your mistakes.

Do not tell me that you do not speak about other dealers when u make phone calls to us or if we call u .I have come across the same situation with you .I do not want to name about which dealer you were ranting about when i spoke to u about 8 months back.It cannot be proven you also know that ,i guess we have to record conversations with you hereafter wards to prove that you do rant about other dealers

I still remember once i had called you and you were talking non stop non sense for one full hour .I was patiently waiting for you cut the cr@p but you were not .I respected you for your business and you age if it was some one else i must told them to disconnect the call and you have another bad habit while dealing after the payment is done you tend to avoid calls or talk less.

Few weeks back i spoke to friend of mine who is a very old member here .He was telling me how many phone calls u made to him and irritated him .40 freaking calls in one single day.If u want proof i can ask him to post here with call log .

@Amarbir sir time has come for you to change the way you do business so please change for good.

Each Order Is With Two Invoices ,One Inside And One Outside ,the Original One Is Always Send And One Xerox Copy ,Ask Anyone they Get Two Invoices ,My Bills Are All Original With Serial numbers ,Paste The Bill Here And Proof It It did Not Have a Serial Numbers ,

Members : Harmandeep And Mohitpreet And Both From Batala And Both Are Good Friends ,As His Frind Is thrashing Me He Joins him To Beat Me ,Carry It On Boss ,You Have 1 More Frind Left Why Not Get Him Also In the Discussion ,Also The Thread Issue Should Be discussed Here Not Anything Else .When We Are Trading We Are Following That The Forum Is TElling Us ,Not What You Will Tell Me .

I just saw this thread. I have purchased online from lynx-india website on two occasions in OCT 2008 and FEB 2009. I received three bills and none of them have the serail numbers :@ and all are hand written. Items purchased are HD4850, Corsair VX450, Corsair Twin Ram DDr2 4GB Desktop, Corsair Twin Ram DDr2 4GB for Laptop, 2GB MicroSDHC. I have uploaded the two invoices you have send and the third one i couldn't find it right now. This is one of the reason i stopped ordering any more with lynx-india.

I am not taking sides here but I have received 2 or 3 invoices from Amarbir for the stuff I have ordered and all have serial nos. on them.

lesson learnt.In case of deals where money is involved, keep track of all communication, even phone calls. if you don't have a phone without a voice record feature, get one, and learn to use it fast, or prepare to be called a liar in public :P

+1 to the fact that he keeps ridiculing other dealers of non experience and professionalism. He also brags about how elite he is with his brick and mortar store in Chandigarh while all the dealers on this forum have virtual stores and are far inferior than him. I can testify to this as I had talked to him once on the phone like 8-9 months ago.

Amarbir, don't get upset. I was not trying to bash you. I was trying to point out your mistakes. There is no doubt that you are an esteemed dealer. But if you don't rectify your mistakes you may no longer remain as one.

I don't want to bring in the transactions done outside TE, but since you talked about how you had served my orders would you care to look at my Order# 3324 see what's the status after three months? It's still processing. Do you know the history why 1673 was cancelled and payment made by me had to be offset against another purchase?

I don't want to take issues specifically. I am just trying to point out the trend of mistakes you commit.

If you take this in good spirit it is possible that you will be a star dealer.

Does Amarbir accept cc payments ?

Had you conducted the deal via cc, would it have been possible to cancel the order instead of offsetting against something else ?

Even if not with cc does Amarbir offer your money back if he cannot make the deal ?

I am sorry, but I can't give you details or specifics of that order as it was done outside TE.
I believe he accepts CC thru' Paypal. But I always made NEFT to his ICICI a/c.
Once I found out, after around one week or so, that he will be unable to deliver the order I had some interactions with him thru' e-mail/chat/phone. Then I concluded that most prudent thing for me will be to get whatever I can get within that price and close the order.
I don't know if he realizes it or not, he has missed an order for around 75K (it may be bread crumbs for him) from me and my friends in the last three months.
He always says "talk to me, contact me, in case of any issues", but lemme tell you result is like the toss of a coin - sometimes it works and sometimes it does not.

It all adds up, so he loses 75k from you, others familair with these experiences will also think the same, I know I would have second doubts about dealing with him.

Thing is he gets ppl on either price or on a product that might not be available so ppl go to him and have to put up with it. It's a pity really because he could become a lot more successful than he is currently with a change of attitude :(

Unless of course he thinks TE does not matter to him in which case the question is why should TE care about him either.

Well ,

Both The Bills Have Seriel numbers ,The first One Has 1140 And the Second One Also you Can check ,The Stuff I Sell From My Vendors Is 100% Genuine ,Lol when People Talk About MY BILLS HAA HAA .

@Amarbir: I am sure he meant that the bills/invoices did not have any serial number of the actual product as should have been the case. Sometimes, the companies refuse to provide service for the product if the bill does not have the product's serial number. Atleast this is the case in this part of the world I stay in and also, I am sure you understood what he meant in the first place! Now comeon, he would not mean that there was no serial number of your invoice!

companies ask for serial on the bill at the time of RMA.

The Serial Numbers On The Product Sticker Not The Box Sticker But the Actual Product Sticker ,All Of This Has The Serial number Anyone Can Check Anything Anytime ,No One Is Running Away Or Something Here ,you All Have My Phone Number and All the Details I Am Pretty Good In your Approaching Me Also .Earlier We Use To Sign the Product And Add Some Sticker ,Latest We Have started To Write Serial numbers And Stopped signing ,Its Very simple ,There Is No Hanky Panky At All ,Anyone Trading With Me Ever On This Forum Can Check This .I Have No Problem In This Matter As i Have Done Nothing Wrong With Anyone .I Repeat We Are Not Cheats Shitting Here .

There Is Not even 1 Case Of Anyone Having Any Issue Of RMA Boss .You Have a Issue You Post It I Will Sort It For You I Have Done This Manay Many times My RMA Management Is Superb .

If The Deal Is Not Conducted In TE Use General Area Not Feedback Area " .Whats Happening Here

That I believe is because you have left no demarcation between deals done on TE or off TE. You take everyone to your site/forum and make them do the deal as if it were not on TE. To the members its all the same.

You can say that the deal is not done on TE and then the onus is on the member to prove that it is. Similarly the members should have the right to refuse to deal with you outside TE. Do you give them that option?

What About This Post ,Wher Is Lynx-India Wrong Here ? ,What Is That As a Admin Of a Repute Site Like TE you Have to Say On This Matter ,I Have Posted The answers To This Fellow ,If You Remove The Crap Out From this Thread Might Be you Can Get Some Sense Out Of this Thread And Its Contents .
