means it is like 'you have paid the amount na ... now its on me ... i will deliver it whenever i want. have patience'. you are trying to say this to your customers. your this attitude is completely wrong

Why would you turn down free advice that could possibly let you improve your dealings? Take what you think is valuable and ignore the rest.
A good businessman wouldn't turn down feedback from his targeted customer base. Customer wants are endless and you may never be able to satisfy them, but the least you can do is LISTEN. And if you look deep down, you will always find room for improvement regardless of the pinnacle you may be on.

Its a shame that you are leaving, I thought you were a good dealer and personally had no problems dealing with you.
I hope you take some time out to figure things and return to TE one day.
Before dealers, its members, and there are people here that will go out of their way to help as long as you have an open mind.

One thing is for sure with Amarbir he will never ever listen to us .We are trying to help him out in doing better business so that we get better deals.He still feels that we are bashing him up.A school kid can understand what we are trying to convey by this thread

As a business man Amarbir you need to accept failures you cannot be correct all the time.How come people end up threading threads against your deals and not any other dealer.Have you asked this question to yourself??

My Answer Is That I End Up Selling More Stuff Then Them Combined ,you Are Trying To Teach Me Like a School Teacher Since Morning ,why Not Light The Patch To This Newbie At Hand ,Also when I Have Already Stopped Trading On TE Does This Matter anymore .Instead Of you People Asking Me And Each Person Giving Me Any Advice Behave Like a Man and Ask The Man In Question why He Created This Thread When He Has Nothing To Prove Here ,Ask Some Questions Here To Him Might Be He Will Reply To Them Instead Of Hiding Here and There And Giving No Proper Reply To This Thread .Atleast One Person Had The curtsy To Ask Him where I Was Wrong Instead Of You 25 People Bashing Me again And again .

It's just not about a particular customer. It's a pointer to customer handling issues that you may be having. Main gist of all these discussions is that you set up a high customer expectation and then later unable to handle it in few cases. Issues may be small but when expectation breaks the issues become large. You must understand it and accordingly control the expectations of the customer.

No one is trying to disrepute you. Rest assured of that.

1. Post#45:
You decided that you must reply, cause your dealer reputation was being put to stake. You ask the TE moderators and administrators to contact you via private / NON TE channels for clarifications. Is this some type of court, where honestly and activity have to be verified by cops.

2. Post#46:
You openly declare that you are available on yahoo and MSN clients. And you imply that you are being treated unfairly on TE. Please. You are here for what..."PROFIT". That is it. You are a dealer here. You are not doing social work here, or charity. There are many here, who are just here for the "kick". Do you understand that...? You are making SOME profit cause of US. We are NOT.

3. Post#49:
You mentioned about sending two (2) bills/invoice/receipts with your delivery packages. If someone who has not received equipment from you, they would see this as pure moon shine. And on this post you finally divulged to use the word "serial number". More to come regarding that. And then you started to correlate home demographics with posting members here. Is TE some Mafia or what..?

4. Post#52:
You try to justify your business protocols to how many processed/closed deal vs. how many irritated customers. It does not work like that. I irritated customer >>> 100 satisfied customers. If you do not know this. Please learn and understand.

5. Post#61:
You lament, that you are under pressure. Will you are 34, and running a business. Who is not under pressure. That cannot be given as liability or excuse.

6. Post#76:
The golden post. I must say. When I read this post. I was seriously shocked. It seemed that you are elder to the OP. By writing quotes in BOLD "you liar", not sure what you were thinking. But it made you look like a huge dork. It does not work like this. I am sure, who ever read that post, knew who was lying....really..literally.

You try to flame the OP (again shows your maturity level). And threaten that you will start a blog about unprofessional customers. Well, Mr. Dhillon, you are in this business. You try to explain to us, that it is not necessary to receive an invoice and have a part number on it. Amarbir, let me ask you...? Be frank here. Would you buy a Honda City from a showroom, and before they give it to you, they say....there is no chassis/engine number -- but when ever you want, you can bring it to US for service.

Again you give clear connotations that the OP is a newbie so it should not matter, what he is saying. Please, Amarbir, it does not work like that. A person can have 1 post here, or he can have "n" number of posts here. They will be given equal accordance. A persons post counts have no relation to them purchasing from Lynx. Money is money, post have no matter. And if you have not been on the WWW long enough, age/post count/experience on platforms have no weightage.

Amarbir, this forum has no personal grudges against you. Many have told you, it is not against you, but its just they way you do business, and in the manner you handle people. If wanted, I could have, posted a scanned image right here, an invoice received from your company, and you would have been shi$$$$$ bricks in your pants. I have an invoice here of RS. 51353 (let me know, will PM you the invoice number). The document has six (6) core components with price metrics, and written below them "S/N---", and the rest is blank. WHY WERE THEY BLANK. Please do not give me the logic, that you will do the RMA, so you left them blank...! I need not say more. You purposely did not enter the S/N numbers, that clearly states and defines your operating style.

Just 2 hours ago, I suggested someone to browse your forum and order stuff. And browse your personal forum and search by "asingh", see the testimony I put in for you.

But reading your posts today (and seeing you attitude). I would rather get ripped off from NP, than order/recommend equipment from you. You what so ever have no respect for people/customers/a group of people following a common cause.

Amarbir , there's no smoke without fire buddy, and there's a lot of smoke regarding you on TE, and most of the people hav first hand experience of your shitty ways of dealing, you're the mtnl and bsnl among the dealers, you act like a sarkari babu..

Frankly, you're one of the most cunning persons i have ever seen, your way of talkin changes once you get the money, you're promises dont hold up, and frankly whenever a customer user a product u sold, i'm sure he'l remember your attitude..
Sure you hav monopoly now, but it wont take time before someone else fills up that void..

You can see that the fiio thing falling through seems to have been the catalyst here isn't it. Not getting it and then everything went downhill.

The OP has not said a word about the fiio so far. No mention of any promises or anything so it was with some surprise i got to read about it.
