Don't count on it,amazon has changed and its really difficult to get any help from them now,i received used pillow and they were returnable yet they had me run for 3 days just to generate a return pickup ,the whole process ultimately took 20 days

These are not returnable, usually only eligible for replacement so it will usually take a long time to get this refunded
Revenue and unit sales not adjusted for returns goes up in Q3. Who cares about Q4, as long as your manager sees Q on Q growth, worry about Q4 in December. Christmas and NY sales there.
There has been shift in pattern of dates for the annual sale.
Earlier the sale use to start right after the Hindu Inauspicious period of shradhh and on First date of Navratri, i.e 10 days before Dussehra.
Then , about 3-4 years back there was a competition of sorts between Amazon and FK about sale start date and they now they are starting sale 4-5 days earlier.
This year, Navratri starts from 3rd October and I expect sale to start from 27-28 of September.
