They are just discounting the interest that bank will charge each upfront. So the final amount you pay at end of EMI will be the listed price (that 35k) + 199 (processing fee) + GST on interest & processing fee.

No cost EMI doesn't entitle you to the cashback. The cashback is only applicable if you pay in Full. It's in their TnC.

Depends on your usage. IMO i7 12700KF or i7 12700F are a better value CPU at a lower price for most people, esp gamers.
