Now tell me, will Kindle or Sony reader support PDFs? and the *ahem ahem* stuff? Won't there be format and technical bindings and restrictions when you buy one or the other?
Also suppose I buy ebooks from Amazon's Kindle Store, then they are my property right? and I can offload them from the kindle and keep them on my computer or hard drive right? If they are going to be stuck on the Kindle forever then sooner or later I'll have to let go of some of them. That situation is not acceptable to me.
I already have over 2000 books in my library, and I haven't yet read more than half of them. Would buying a reader and consequently buying most of the books in my collection be a sane choice?
Anyways at the moment the PDFs and *ahem* versions of books over the net are poorly done. I'll really have to be sure about buying such a gadget, because of the above mentioned reasons.
