Let the Julian confirm today's scenario as I have unlocked 810 T-Mobile quite a long time back... But still you can call seller from your city and ask about it...

500-600rs is alright for me. And even the 7 days also. As long as they can guarantee it and doesn't mess up my phone (incl. changing the inner components, yes i've come across and heard of many instances like this with local repair shops)

And oh for delhiites- ATF distris and resellers list.
Most of them are in Karol Bagh. I will try to go tomorrow.

The two mobile repair guys who said they can unlock it both said 1-2 hours.
I'm not very impressed by the 'cheap' moto g specifically because the memory cant be expanded. otherwise its a decent phone for $200.

After I told my bro about this he became overly excited. He's been waiting for this phone you know. 16GB is fine unless you plan to store lots of vids on it. He wants it only because of the large screen, good specs and 3G (most impt for him, sort of an essential ).
If he gets enough money on time I'll add it to my order. Never ending order it seems. *sigh*
 
I was referring to the other posts which said the unlock will take from 24hrs to 7 days. Both the unlock guys i asked said 1-2 hours.
The phone is now out of stock on amazon.
I find 32gb too less on my android phone which is why i just got a 64gb card. hence my aversion to the G.

Thats what the guy said on phone , It seems he was not considering the ATF nitro as this timeframe is required for IMEI unlocks . I didnt ask him unlock method as If i am calling a ATF nitro reseller I expect him to use that only for unlock when its is confirmed/known that ATF nitro is only working for AT&T Nokia ....

Amazon doesn't ship Moto G . If amazon would have shipped in a hypothetical situation it would have been 214$~14-14.5k with free shipping .
