When you enable ACC in the BIOS, there's a percentage with it. This percentage is the error tolerance that ACC gives the cores. A value if 2-4% generally brings the supposedly dead cores to life, but some stubborn cores require higher ACC %ages. The chances of unlocking the extra cores are bleak, since you haven't been able to do it yet, but if you're bored and willing to risk the annoying job of clearing the BIOS again, crank up the ACC percentage and give it a shot
