CPU/Mobo AMD RMA Assistance Needed

ok so finally i conked off my amd cpu and need help rma'ing it.. can somebody tell me if we can just drop off the thing at accel or all the WD kind of stuff such as packing and posting is involved?

Please elucidate the procedure

^^ You have to drop it off to the nearest AMD RMA center, for this purpose you have to fill in an AMD RMA FORM, for more assitance look into this thread on AMD's Forums -- AMD Processors Forums - RMA form. And you've to collect your processors in person, sorry no pick and drop facility like in Western Digital.

some weird procedure i believe for amd.. called the local accel office.. they said call some tollfree no.. any idea what it is?

Accel frontline does it Accel Frontline Services .. Fill up this form.. take a printout... go to accel with your processor/heatsink/fan

dude got the m5a97 pro for 7.1k bad luck the proccy failed..
