HTC Explorer is much better than the phones you've mentioned here. Great community support makes it much more future-proof that other phones in this price category. Also check out the benefits you can reap once you've rooted the phone on google/youtube.

P.S: You've mentioned you want a camera with LED flash, you won't get it in this price range. Unless you go for Karbonn - http://www.flipkart.com/karbonn-a7-...RRFS&ref=8c040b73-ae8b-4db6-9333-c0fb1af010dc which you can buy for 6800 in local market.
