Budget 10-15K Android phone needed... Xperia L, Quattro or...?

Need advice to get an Android phone for a friend.

1. Budget?
A: ~14-15k
2. Preferred Form Factor(flip, bar, slider)?
A: Bar
3. Preferred display type?
A: best that comes under budget
4. Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them.
A: Reputed brands preferred
5. Preferred input method (Touchscreen, QWERTY, etc.)?
A: Touchscreen
6. Camera required or not? If required, please specify type like front camera/flash/etc.
A: 5mp atleast, prefer 720p capability
7. Preferred operating system? (Android, Symbian, iOS, Windows Phone etc).
A: Android 4.1 preferred
8. Preferred connectivity options? (3G, Wifi, Edge etc).
A: all
9. What is your intended use for this phone(internet, camera, multimedia, mails, etc)?
A: Calling, Texting, Browsing, video, a bit gaming
10. Any other requirements?
A: Dual-sim would be bonus but not compulsory, better community support would be plus point as its going to be rooted straightaway....
11. If you have already considered a phone then please mention the model.
A: Xperia L & Grand Quattro


After a bit of research it came between Xperia L & Grand Quattro and i'm confused between these two. Phone will be used for day-to-day purpose and that include a bit of a everything from surfing, video watching to a bit gaming.
I'm getting these ebay price :
Xperia L - Rs.15,002
Quattro - Rs. 15,316

Xperia L is what ppl r favouring. So are specs.
Can we get a nexus 4 16 GB from USA which is costing 20k( by a friend not direct shipping) worth than xperia L? Do Unlocked US phones work here? & does LG provide Intl warranty?

The nexus 4 16 GB if ordered online in USA normally will cost 350 + delivery charges + tax ~ 400 $ (conversion to rupees - 24K)
Better get it from India at same cost with warranty.
LG does not provide international warranty and Nexus 4 from US will work in India.

I would suggest going for Quattro only if you have need for dual-sim and BIG screen. In most other aspects, Xperia L would be the better option except maybe the cam. From what I've heard, X-L's cam is not quite up to the mark. If cam is not too much important for you, I would suggest go for X-L.
