Congrats to sathya and sarang :) When you guys getting your deliveries ? I'll be getting my i20 this week most probably.
 
Thank you, Sudhir! There's a substantial waiting time on the Ritz (Choc/Red) for some reason. The Silver/White/Black were readily available. I have asked to deliver mine on 23rd as I'd be in US during 11th and 19th and 23rd happens to be the marriage anniversary :).

Waiting for the i20 showoff pics.

PS: Any carputer/ICE plans?
 
Any reason why you went with the Ritz ?? Be ready to be bashed when you turn up for the meets over the Ritz :bleh:

I booked the Superior White. I saw the baker's chocolate at the dealership, didn't like it :P
He said the car should be available in 4~5 weeks. So hopefully I'll be getting it end of next month. And I'd have definitely bought the Zxi if i got the same pricing here. Costs 5.7xL here.. -,-
The only downside is the ICE. Have no clue about it :bleh:
Will post around once i get the car.
 
@Sathyanaide: TY. I am going to leave the ICE to the Gurus here once I conjure up some moolah. Amey sir stays at a stone's throw and I haven't bugged him in ages so may be its time. :P

For now I am going to travel a lot (not in the car) so will be content with the stock OE stuff in the ZXi.

Well i had a plan for a full blown Carputer when i was planning on the civic, but i will most probably leave the Default ICE in the i20 as it is. I heard it, and it is pretty good enough. Plus the default one blends with the interiors.
 
yes, the default setup on the i20 is really nice! I've got no choice but to buy one n get it fitted right away as the Vxi doesn't have anything. :(

@Sathya: I think you are better placed than me. Th stock setup is yuck, and I'll also have to got for another one. But it'll take some time. Lets hope there are options wherein i'll be able to keep the current fascia and just swap out the innards.
