No, you can register on as many devices you like. But at any time, you can play netflix on any 4 devices simultaneously.

I keep switching between TV, Laptop and mobile so no issue with that. But only 1 device at 1 time will work.

Yes 1 device at 1 time if you took 1 slot.

I am sure all of the 4 group members of a group have like total 30-40 devices between then for each Netflix account. Like I am having one slot but I am logged into Netflix on at least 10 devices but I use only Netflix on one device at a time.
