Not sure what you are using. I am using uBlock Origin with more lists than the default. Have not seen ads in ages now.

Thats what everyone uses here..
These days google ads is straight up showing me japanese pornographic ads here on TE. And I don't even have single shred of porno related history.
If google doesn't want to vet the ads then someday Apple is going to ban them and then it'll collapse like adobe flash.

When I click close (x button) on an ad, I get the option "Why this ad?". When you click on it Google you get to see the following.
Yes, but what about it? I have reported several ads.
