No need for a big fight. Just tell them that if they don't let you change your plan using the same number, you will go to another operator and get a good plan. That way they'll wake up.

As far as I know, none of these come with symbian or windows mobile OS. This may be a dumb question but just curiosity. What can you do with Wifi without being able to load some communication programs using Wifi?

NO u have to charge it with the phone only else a separate charger need to be bought. Chinese phones have quite many accessories too but u need to ask for it as vendors are mostly interested in selling phones only.
