App to fill ID3 tags of MP3s.?

Hi there.!
I have some 250 odd songs [none are hindi/bollywood] which are organised in following manner:
<Music folder>/<Artist Name>/<Song Title>.mp3.All the mp3s already have their Artist and Song title tags filled.I want something that can fill in the remaining details [Album,Genre,Track number,Year etc.] based on this much info WITHOUT messing with current filled tags in any way.
Any app recommendations.I use both Win and Lin, so platform ain't a problem...

+1 for mp3tag.

I used to use Tag&Rename, but after I discovered Mp3Tag, I was bowled over and never look back.
 
I tried mp3tag, but couldn't get it to fill all the tags based on Artist and Song title.Or is there a way to do it that I am missing.?
BTW, Easytag feels to complicated to use.I couldn't understand half of what I did with it...:S Good thing it doesn't save changes unless you explicitly tell it to.

I tried Mediamonkey and it worked like a charm.Also found a very good audio player in it.!
