M1 is Arm, not RISC-V
And it's not irrelevant since they can be found in the same price bracket, and many people do shortlist both of these laptops if they are looking at portable laptops under 1L.
forget M1 vs Ryzen.. this is about the Operating system, i dont think so we can compare Mac OS & Windows laptop under same price bracket

And what if you installed Linux on both machines (or at least used Linux primarily on M1 via Parallels)
My brother in law bought it for 73500 from Gaffar market in first week of July.

It's better to buy with student discount + airpods deal for 83K. You can sell the airpods for 9K to reduce the cost. 73500 for no warranty is a bad deal.
