Now that only Nexus remains, and we have seen most of the companies flagships. I think the best according to me is HTC M8. What ya guys think?

HTC M8 as a complete package and G3 as a top of the line, no compromises phone, apart from the plastic that is.
I'm most definitely gonna stick to LG and upgrade to a G3. Nearly bezel less screen, with an insanely quick focusing camera and that beauty of a screen with stellar battery life and removable battery and expandable storage. That is the best phone for me hands down.

Yup G3 is amazing, but software really sucks. It's not that I just heard from tech blogs abt the same, but I even gave a try to G3 at a local store, man it had some serious lags. And reports of it having a bad battery life and all. HTC M8 just hits a sweet spot if you are choosing an android phone. Though G3 Google Play Edition surely will be amazing if it comes out.[DOUBLEPOST=1410293386][/DOUBLEPOST]
My guess goes to amazon.in, they might have ordered loads of stock in order to raise their stack high in Indian market against flipkart and otehr chillar's

I'd be surprised if Amazon get's it exclusively and not flipkart. Though If amazon do get's it, man that will get a huge reputation to amazon India. Also, I'm skeptic of both though, may be distributors/retailers will get them first.

Looking at the detailed Anandtech review, it has better/equal battery life than iPhone 5s and while pushing such a high no of pixels. It certainly is much better than average although HTC and Samsung have upped their game and the M8 and S5 do beat G3's numbers in the battery department.
However as an overall package, it is definitely the best phone out there, at least for me specially considering the price you can get it from US.

Hmm. Stop confusing me. :). Waiting for the local best buy to get these in stores. :D

Hey, I recommend atleast seeing more reviews when you are seriously considering G3. Though more pixels are good, but G3's display have some serious issues including the colors and then automatic brightness going down when phone get's hot. Though w/e you choose, let us know by pics :)

I agree, but the screen on the G3 is just spectacular. It just feels so right in the hand. With the M8, I would constantly be afraid of dropping the phone as I don't like putting a case on my phones.
The M8 is definitely a better complete package but I guess I have a soft spot for LG these days.

As for the launch, Apple would never do an exclusive launch in India unless through their own owned Apple stores which we won't see until 100% FDI is approved.

How come? Samsung does it with Galaxy line with their online store, so does Google with Nexus(atleast they did with Nexus 5)

I already have one in my hands, but that one is for resale. Waiting for price to drop even further. Will buy one for myself when I can get for around 20-22k. Perks of the trade for me are that I get to sample all these beauties before picking up on for long term. Will start using a G Flex by next week and then move on to G3 in 2-3 months.
