nd the CIA has already gone through this page. They emailed me and asked me my views. I told them Bush was a dumass and told them to mind their own business and not get distracted from funding the ISI.
LMAO

War is not equal to human rights abuse people. What the guy did to his own countrymen was wrong and it will serve as a reminder for other b**ches like kim and ahmedenijad about what awaits them.

@the mod. I dunno how my deleted post was racist. Apologies nevertheless though.

Whats wrong with ahmedenijad???

Here's what I don't get... before the hanging, they put a cloth around his neck to prevent bruises/hurting.... wtf, they don't want him to go to hell AND be hurt?

But then again, it's similar to lethal injection where they actually swab the prisoner's arm with alcohol before injecting him - they don't want him to go to hell AND have an infection!

no....it is quite senseless.....

You are anyway killing the person.... what difference does it make ??

LOL, you're joking right?

I'm not joking. Regardless of what you think about the capital punishment and methods, a sane judicial system will always be looking for more humane ways of executing the convict. By your rules - torturing, raping and then killing in most sick ways is only normal, if a person is being killed.

That makes you no better than those cruel and inhuman serial killers.
IMHO, execution should be quick and painless in the most humane way possible - not only for humans, but for all living beings.

How does giving him a lethal injection with an infected needle be inhumane ?? :S :S

I fail to understand your reasoning.

If I had my way, rapists especially should be castrated before being killed.

But for others, killing them with a bit of pain is essential. They have earned that punishment.

^^But you just talked about a humane execution :D
...whenever possible. There was no fair trial in this case, and certaintly no fair execution.

Because executing a person is more than just enough. Besides, a humane execution ensures that justice is being exercised, not revenge. The very point of any viable and acceptable judicial system is to deliver justice, both to the convict and the victim.

This is why there's an ongoing investigation about the guards having a laugh and taunting at him while Saddam was being executed. He must have felt being humiliated and devastated during the course.

Besides, you won't achieve anything by cutting off the genitals of rapists. This is hardly a form of justice. A rapist's genitals are only the means and tools in the crime. It's actually the brain which is not functioning properly. Moreover, the entire society has a LOT do with such crimes and we can't just put the blame onto a single person and torture him/her before the public to set an example for all. Do you know that jail-rapes are actually encouraged by the authorities worldwide to maintain a control over the prisoners?

Crime and punishment are very sensitive issues indeed, and I wouldn't like to see the society venting all its anger on somebody. Rapists or not, a lethal injection or a bullet in head is cleaner and more moralistic approach than beheading or hanging, with the crowd cheering all over.

The talibans used to do that when they were in power. They used to gather people in footbal grounds to watch the rapist being castrated.

By your moral standards it would be perfectly alright to rape and dismember a cadaver? I mean, who gives a rat's ass about it - not even the dead body itself!

There's something seriously wrong with people these days.

Yamaraj, he's not saying that, but clearly you don't see our point of view and your views are on a different wavelength altogether - time to end the discussion and move on.

And you seriously lack a sense of humor because my original post in this thread wasn't meant to be taken as serious as you did. Lighten up! If you really want to talk about humanity (ie humane concern), let's start discussing your work on clothing/feeding the homeless/needy.

This is stupidest THE thing i read today
Care to explain why? Almost 700,000 people have been killed in Iraq since the American invasion in 2003. Who is responsible for all those dead people, if not him? Bush managed to kill significantly more in only 3 years than what Saddam did in 25 years. In fact, Saddam wasn't even fundamentalist and didn't sympathise with terrorists. Iraq was much better a place with him in place, than what it is now.
