Asian undersea cable disruption slows Internet access

browsing and downloads were fine... but the pings to SG went bad still its in 180s rather than 80s

All is sorted for me it seems...getting 250-300 kBps constant FTP downloads and bursts of more than 500 kBps

Yupp on 12th-13th , my connection was down and real slow. The local airtel technician told me that its some wiring problems which are being repaired. Everything fine since the 14th...btw i got a 2mbps plan.

^Yesterday my connection did go down. Dunno if its the undersea cable's, or just SSV cables (The guys who have made Sify what it is) fault.
