@vivek doda .. what should I say to bank?
after two days he stopped answering my calls and replying of my massages ,i was very tense as i was not having any details of courier sent by him ,but he never provided me the tracking details after 8-10 days

During that time does his mobile was switched off.. or it goes on ringing & dont ans it

Also which courier service he used... on phone he told me about fedex..
I have a friend working in fedex where he can track if there will be any parcel coming from that particular location with my name

mods have you received any unsigned traffic from Roy's last know IP or IP range. That will tell if he's signed out of the forum and is visiting anonymously.

@Soyab0007 his phone was working at that time but he was not replying my calls and massages.
He used FedEx service as he told that courier is attached with his father's factory.
@imtiaz786 you r right Roy was good in his talking.this kind of behaviour was not expected from him.
@roy89 why r u doing so? U should talk to soyab007 and solve this issue.always keep in mind that in this world earning of money is easy but it is difficult to earn faith .

If Azzu is active,its best to ask him. I know its too much to ask,but if could have Mods come in between then it may be best for the buyer.
Deposit the money in the account of MOD/ADMIN,wait for the product delivery. If all is well then the MOD/ADMIN can transfer money to the seller. This will add a lot of work and require follow-ups but might be of help. My 2 cent.

I am working on something like that. Currently only eBay is a player and their fees are high. I am looking to setup something which will make dealing easier online with low fees.

@vivek doda Yes Vivek bhaiya the way he talk it feels like we know each other for decades & in my wildest of dreams i didn't expect @roy89 would do something like this as he gets money from me because i haven't paid him full because the bill for both the Proccy & Mobo are not delivered to me till now as well as 5 nos ROG sata cable & 3 way sli bridgeas i will go 3 way sli of gtx titan as my bro is going US on October so i need them..
So there are possibilities that he may contact me because he get money from me but i doubt he will give the things which he said will be delivered to me and after this episode i won't pay him untill he send me the things along with the invoice.....

Yes same happens to me.. the way he speaks & convince me to go ahead with the deal..
Infact I was not ready & asking for invoice he said will post screen shot tomorrow.. when i ask tomorrow he said that its packed in the box & now I cant open it..

& provide me with different way of assurance that it is premium card.. if you do not have invoice also you can claim warranty & can get upgraded card later on..

from the past experience of member (azzu.. imtiaz & vivek)he takes 10-12 days to shipped product..
mine 10 days have already gone... now legal process is the only way to get this fraud..

I am BSSunil, an Advocate by Profession based in Hyderabad.
You have to send a Legal Notice giving 1 month time for cheating, misrepresentation and hiding of facts.After 1 month you have to file a case in the nearest criminal court citing the legal notice along with all the proofs you have.The Legal notice which you send must have a verifiable address(actual address) the court also sends a notice to the accused.The accused shall or shall not receive by hand but the notice will be pasted on his door step by the court.After giving him sufficient time the court will issue non-bailable warrant against the accused and he shall be arrested for the above said offenses.OK.

PS: Please send the notice which you needs to send by a Registered Post where its receipt should be kept by you as proof to be submitted later to the court along with the Legal notice.OK.

If you need a copy of the Legal Notice Please PM me your mail-id.

I am developing a similar escrow solution too.
The biggest challenge will be to accommodate credit cards whilst keeping the transaction fees low.[DOUBLEPOST=1405739224][/DOUBLEPOST]@Soyab0007 - first send him a legal notice and make sure it reaches him. Register an FIR and initiate proceedings with the bank based on the FIR. Finally - even if you lose some money, get his face and criminal activity posted in a newspaper, preferably national, that will have a serious impact on him.

These are just ideas. Before doing anything contact a lawyer like bssunil, to know how to do it right.

his whole family is pretty active on Fb one way or other he can b caught , so dont worry ..
iam pretty sure he'll show up sooner or later , firing up his usual excuses ..

Bro @aZZu you didn't recieve a like in your post till now so i gave you.....
Bro @Soyab0007 we should at the most wait till tuesday after that start the legal procedure because he has a habit to delay shipping and afterwards make excuses so it is better to wait till tuesday after that start legal procedure...
And if Mr. Kaustav Roy is in a problem than he should have told his family or friend to call @Soyab0007 and update the situation as he did with me atleast because his employee called me & told that he was hospitalised because of stress & work pressure as did his father called @vivek doda & updated the situation when he delayed during his( @vivek doda ) deal..
So if he doesn't reply before tuesday or if you don't get the shipment than he intentionally did this...
And about the courier & stuff he doesn't always ship by FEDEX because he shipped the Proccy to me by Bluedart & Mobo by DTDC so if he will ship it than he will ship it by any courier which is cheap.
Mr.Kaustav Roy for a mere Rs.30k why are you doing like this if you are in need of money than you should have made a thread and ask help from members instead of cheating someone.
@Soyab0007 send a public message in his fb or you can message to all his facebook contacts that he has cheated you & post the link of this thread so that atleast he will be ashamed and you get the refund or card and if you want tag me so that i can comment in your message...

@Soyab0007 well atleast his friends are .. with whom looks like he snapped few pics recently so .. we still have hope to find or get in contact with him ..
as i told i have a mutual frnd whom iam trying to get in contact with and also u fire few messages to all his relatives on Fb , and hope atleast one would reply ,
if not as @imtiaz786 bhai quoted we'll look into legal proceedings ..
i have a number of him which is from 2012 .. looks like its switched off too ...
i know its easier of me to say "be calm etc.. " , i can only think of the agony your going through .. but inshallah .. hopefully youll have your money back ..

Guys i have called Mr.Roy and i have told him about the situation & he said he had a family problem & he lost the phone so couldn't reply so he have called @Soyab0007 and said him about it & he will ship the card by tuesday so i informed @Soyab0007 and said the the situation and he said he will ship it anyhow on or before tuesday...
All goes well that ends well @Soyab0007 now cheers as i knew from before that he will get the card but will be delayed thats it...
Now waiting to hear the good news of getting the tracking id & card getting delivered....
