Guys atleast think positive in the time of crisis & Maybe not as i have deal with him & yes he delays but we should be positive and think positive because when there is hope there is a way so atleast think positively so the outcome will be positive instead of thinking negative and creating negative environment.
What you guys say???

Found lawyers on te.. And few evidence as well..
I have collected all ur information (photos,

address, accnt details,etc ) & created a file as well...
If u didnt report tomorow.. Will straight way do the proceedings..

Will wait till 12

After 10-12 days of intense situation for me with pressure from parents :bag:.. unable to concentrate on the holy month of Ramadan.. sleepless night for me
& he is saying that I am threatening him..:mad:

Actually he doesn't know who he is so he way asking you & you should have replied that you are the one who has taken money from me & i think your name was Kaustav which will now become fraud...
 
When clearly he's the who was threatening. 'You don't know who i am' . We know who you are; a dirty scumbag.

And soyeb, don't think this is all over. I'm pretty sure he won't refund your money. He just needs excuses. Let him come online here and justify himself. Ask him to come online

Say you even get the card, but hes not sure about the invoice LOL. Ask for a refund and walk away, this is not some chindi amount like 300.

I will talk with him today & i requested him to come here & give explaination but he said he has talked with @Soyab0007 and he does not want to give explanation to anyone except @Soyab0007 & i told him what about your reputation in T.E than he said he doesn't give a damn about it so i told him to refund or send the card & he said he is sending the card tomorrow or by positively on tuesday after that as it was time for my iftar(6:30pm) so i told him we will talk later tomorrow.

Agreed. Ebay is quite costly. Not to mention that paisapay eats up around 4.5%of your fees and then the listing fees itself. But I have quite a lot of sales on Ebay. Almost none here and quite a few on another forum that is a direct competitor to this site. It would be nice if we could sell wiht a certain amount of security for both buyer and seller here. I still wonder why roy cannot just complete the deal Its a shame when people scam others. Its hard earned money. Quite frankly I hope he gets a few teeth of his knocked out of his mouth. Heck from his whatsapp pic he even looks like a thief.

Yes,if he lost the phone then could have send a PM via a computer or any other device to the buyer. All this Chaos might not have happened in the first place .

Bro he told me so i updated it here just to let you know as i don't has any interest in you deal as he called me and asked for the money which he get & i clearly told him send me my things i will transfer thats it & he said you were talking rude to him so he has added you as beneficiary and transfer tomorrow & he said he is selling the gpu to you & asked me if i could buy i told him that i already own Gtx Titan & will ask my contacts if anyone willing to buy it but i told him to ship the card first which he said ok...
