I disagree I am damn sure its not the final price.Every state has its share of octrois or charges.How can this price be final.When within state dealer cant give guarantee to safeguard from customs how can the global guy can do?

The price is all incl of customs and other duties except Octroi. So if you are not from an area which charges octroi it is the final landing price.
