Beware friends FESTIVAL SEASON just AROUND THE CORNER in India & last till December. Some brands who notice RAPID DECLINED in sales due to bad service or product may come with huge advertisement or propaganda & lucrative offers, so be clear or tested with such claims before you buy or recommend such products.

Precaution is better than cure - ALWAYS :)

Has anyone tried Digicomp for Asus motherboard RMA, if yes, what kind of turnaround times can I expect, this article say I will get a swap board, is that true?

For ASUS the after sales is handled by Rashi Peripherals pan India as far as I know.

Yes, in most cases you get refurbished / repaired motherboards in lieu of your board. But in extreme cases of multiple RMA's and no solution you might get a brand new piece. I have seen the latter take place only once when a friend RMA-ed his GIGABYTE-X58A-UD3R ~4 times and on the 4[SUP]th[/SUP] run he got contacted by GIGABYTE Bangalore (we were in college there) and he went to their Sales office and returned with a brand new X58A-UD5P no questions asked.

Dunno if same happens with Rashi at the helm of affairs. But wishing you luck and a speedy recovery (if you put in your board). Cheerio!

Asus RMA is also handled by Digicomp Solutions, please see this link -ASUS I was wondering if anyone has gone through them and would share his / her experience, that would be great!

Maybe in select outlets, never seen no one going to Digicomp with their ASUS peripherals, its all painted in the praises Rashi.

Yes, after hearing and reading horror stories about Rashi, I will try Digicomp and see it how it goes and report back.
