the guy that used this card, lives in dusty and rented home with his old mother, I should've cleaned it before posting, but surely before sending it to buyer ill clean it properly ( AMAP without opening the whole card)

Still it is tad too dusty to be in a cabinet ( as in pics ) . You may want to upload thermal benchmarks.

I don't think it matters.. it will stress the card equally

Higher resolution + full screen will push the GPU limits; leading to higher power draw and better thermal profiling.

The resolution of furmark should at the least match the screen and/or how the games are to be played.
