The T500 is fairly comfortable as well but not portable like the M35. Within closed cans, the T500 is the best I can suggest you but if open cans won't be an issue you could consider the AD-500/AD300 as well . These open cans provide superior comfort and are ultra light weight .Something a senior person might appreciate . Only drawback is sound leakage .
