I think I spoke too soon. :D

Wait weren't you the one who supposedly bid a formal goodbye to gaming? And created a useless thread to announce it?

More reviews come in

Game informer

Game Informer’s latest issue, which is already available to subscribers, contains a review of the highly-anticipated Batman: Arkham City. Believe it or not, the publication has awarded the game a perfect score. Yes, a ten out of ten. That doesn’t happen too often!

As expected, the review is full of praise. Combat was complimented, as was the amount of content available. The reviewer wrote that Catwoman “performs as admirably as the star”.

Here’s a summary regarding Arkham City’s visuals:

“Gotham City is lavishly detailed with dark hues and soaring architecture. Most of the central story missions take place indoors in environments that are just as striking. The museum is particularly impressive.”

The reviewer even went as far as to say that Arkham City “is the best use of a license in the industry’s history”.

360 version just came out. :O

It's party time with the Bat. Didn't expect it so soon, was hoping to start Ace Combat first. But now I have the whole schedule cleared for it. :D

So the PS3 and X360 versions of the game support stereoscopic 3D for 3D enabled HDTVs and the regular 2D HDTVs as well! Now that is sweet news. The GOTY edition for Arkham Asylum bundled a pair of TriOviz paper glasses. I think I'll try my luck with a pair of those regular red blue cyan anaglyph glasses.

For those who are interested, check out this eBay link - Red Blue Cyan NVIDIA VISION 3D anaglyph Glasses | eBay The dealer is offering a good discount for the Nvidia 3D vision glasses and has sold 21 of those already. Deal ends in a day! But what seems fishy to me is Nvidia doesn't seem to mention such glasses here - 3D Glasses and Displays

But 225 Rs for that. I wouldn't complain. Will try my luck! :P

Yeah I'll keep you informed lol.

Dam it! I completely forgot the Catwoman's missions were a part of the DLC and not available on the disc by default. :(

Ah well, I guess that can be achieved on the PC version, whenever that comes out. :P

Having so much fun with the game right now, this game has so much stuff to do apart from the main missions. I'll have a decent write up of the initial impressions later on. :)

Did the pre-order have any special goodies?

Just need to know if I would be missing anything if I order a copy for PC in a month or so.

^^why dont you try and write a small review upto where you have finished instead of these micro updates.it will also help other members to get an outline of this game.

I have just reached mr freeze now and I take my games slowly with each and every side mission, allwyn would definately write up something by tomorrow.
