YesWould getting something like CMF Buds Pro and using Wavelet along with it be a viable option? The CMF tws have a typical bass heavy slight v tuning I think. Not a big fan of that. I'm currently using Tangzu Waner and would like something closer to it.

Select your earphones. Then choose the equaliser app. On android it will be wavelet. It then will give you eq settings to import into wavelet that match a target. In your case there is one by DHRME.
In this way you 'auto eq' your headphone or any other going by their really extensive list
