Opera mobile 10(S60) on my Nokia 5230 is just awesome...It has tab features too..

I would recommend getting a Nokia 5230/5233

I think 5800 & Opera 10 for Symbian combo works like charm. If you are on budget, nothing can beat this combo.

Try getting an good condition used N97. Great pc like web browsing experience, usb charging, big screen, FM transmitter, flash ans silverlight support, DOWNLOAD RIG, 3g, wifi ,32gb internal. etc,etc. and a big plus is 1500 mah Battery.

Great app support. Opera can also be installed.
