Best Phone for 25k

Suggest some phones in range of 20 to 25k.One of my friends wants a new phone and he is thinking of n97 or satio.What other options he have and dont suggest iphone.
 
HTC Legend is a good phone for 25k . Please be a little more specific about what exactly is your friend looking for in a phone :).

He just needs a phone for 25k,he needs it for show off literally.

Any other option.Non-android based.

He is inclined towards N97
 
i'll suggest you to get a used iphone 3GS.

i know your demand is for a new phone but trust me you will not regret your purchase.

another thing is that you may have to shell out 2-3k more than your budget of 25k.

If it's just to show off, he should really consider Android phones imo. I just came back home from a bar where I had lots of random people going "ooooh I want that too" after showing them Shazam on my HTC Legend. A few of them didn't even realize they could get the same thing on their iPhones. HTC Legend + Android is rather uncommon outside the "techie" scene so many people are taken aback by its capabilities.
