I read The Entire Thread From Top To Bottom .First you have a processor and its working .Its common to have processors of old date being sold even 6 months later in the market .Secondly he has send you the TX-3 Right .You Also have his Tx-2 right .Now you do not like the deal right .Why ? .As far as bills are concerned he has one and its made by the seller who gave his stuff .Also if you have a issue in the processor later its rmaed by a serial number on the box processor not bill get that right .I think that guy is very native [ a villager type ] and does not understand that many hassels that he is going via to deal with you.According to me you are a impossible client to deal with .What Will cyber crime department do ,Has he done a crime ,i do not think so ,you have the stuff and he has your money .And you want to report to Amritsar police lol try it .I My understanding the client is getting a better deal someplace and just trying to get rid of the stuff that he has taken .
1) I do have a proccy thats working fine. He said on the main thread it has 2 years and 9 mnts warranty left on it so it means he purchased the proccy in April 2010. - where as the proccy has been purchased by him om Jan 2010.
2) I had to send him back tx-2 and then i got the tx-3. - That too only after i had to ask him to do something about the broken tx-2 - he told me to use quick fix or elfy and use it.
3) Its not a question of if i am getting a better deal elsewhere or not. Its the question of faith here which he has broken.
4) I have clearly told its not the question 500 bux or 5500 bux.
Its the faith which we TE guys have in each other . He has commited to refund the amount, spoke on phone with me on Saturday morning - 03.07.2010, and was mumbling something . Then he switches off the phone. So he had agreed to refund the amount and he is bound to do so.
As far as complaining is concerned - the very fact that he stated in the op thread that the proccy has 2 yrs 9 mnts warranty - where as the bill is of Jan 2010, and the date on the proccy box is of June 2009. It is called misrepresentation of facts and intent to cheat. This is good enough for the National Cyber Crime Agency.
Hope this clears everything. SO let him await call from the cyber crime agency.

Are you sure the TX-3 is a brand new one ? Were not you using this on your PC ? thats what the pics you have posted show clearly that wereon ur PC and u wanted the tx-2 so u can put it in your pc and send the TX-3. AND i had in the first place asked for a refund on the broken tx-2, which youu agreed to refund 1k, then again u come back to me saying that i take tx-3 instead of 1 k refund, i agreed to the same., then came the issue of your purchase date and the warranty period mentioned by you in the thread. That is when i decided to ask for a full refund of my amount.
And tell me one thing,. why cant you speak on phone when i call ? Am i going to eat you on phone ? . Be a man and face the consequences of your mistakes.
