first thanks to amarbir sir first for clearing the matter....i have done my job of replacing the damage cm tx-2 with new cm tx-3....regarding warranty on which he has creating issue that he dont want to deal ...i think that was cleared by amarbir sir that warranty is frm serial no not from bill ..so no matter left on warranty issue ....also i am agree with amarbir sir that he is getting better deal now thats why he want to get rid of the stuff...i think there is no such rule that when ever buyer wants he can return the stuff back to seller and seller have to refund for that stuff ....regarding crime u r saying that i have done i think is nothing... u have the stuff and i am having my money ....even i have replaced damage cm tx2 with cm tx3 thats my job that i have done ....if i dint refund for damage cooler or replaced it with newone on that u can create issue but i replced that so i have done my job .....on what issue u have create this thread is damage tx-2 but now u r having newone and regarding warrnty thats also cleared ...so nothing left buddy .. if u want to still complaint against me than do....

1) I do have a proccy thats working fine. He said on the main thread it has 2 years and 9 mnts warranty left on it so it means he purchased the proccy in April 2010. - where as the proccy has been purchased by him om Jan 2010.
2) I had to send him back tx-2 and then i got the tx-3. - That too only after i had to ask him to do something about the broken tx-2 - he told me to use quick fix or elfy and use it.
3) Its not a question of if i am getting a better deal elsewhere or not. Its the question of faith here which he has broken.
4) I have clearly told its not the question 500 bux or 5500 bux.
Its the faith which we TE guys have in each other . He has commited to refund the amount, spoke on phone with me on Saturday morning - 03.07.2010, and was mumbling something . Then he switches off the phone. So he had agreed to refund the amount and he is bound to do so.
As far as complaining is concerned - the very fact that he stated in the op thread that the proccy has 2 yrs 9 mnts warranty - where as the bill is of Jan 2010, and the date on the proccy box is of June 2009. It is called misrepresentation of facts and intent to cheat. This is good enough for the National Cyber Crime Agency.
Hope this clears everything. SO let him await call from the cyber crime agency.

Are you sure the TX-3 is a brand new one ? Were not you using this on your PC ? thats what the pics you have posted show clearly that wereon ur PC and u wanted the tx-2 so u can put it in your pc and send the TX-3. AND i had in the first place asked for a refund on the broken tx-2, which youu agreed to refund 1k, then again u come back to me saying that i take tx-3 instead of 1 k refund, i agreed to the same., then came the issue of your purchase date and the warranty period mentioned by you in the thread. still creating useless points on warranty havent u got it man its not frm bill its frm serial no and tell havent i have shown my responsibilty on the fact that u get damage stuff and i have to replace or refund for that havent i send u tx-3 ... and on replacing the cooler even i show u its pics ..i tell to replace the cooler becoz there is no branch of bank of mysore in amritsar and hdfc not taking cash frm 3rd party (even some members here told u about that )

Ok, tell you what i take the original box to Raashi peripherals tomorrow and ask them about the warranty of the same. If they say warranty is from Jan 2010, i ll keep the cpu. if they say the warranty is from June 2009 - date on the box, you better refund the amount. Agreed ?

MODS please look into this matter as it is getting very dirty and seller is changing his statements again and again....Buyer should get a full refund not only because he was cheated but also because seller promised to refund money to buyer through MohitPreet..... Again seller changes his statements after reading Amarbir's post... when he promised to refund the money then why is he not doing it? Guys get it settled asap and i again request seller to please refund buyer's money and get his name cleaned...
@ seller- you have been banned from TE before... i think you will be banned again if you don't clear your name in this matter and you also know now you won't be able to sell anything on TE because of your reputation... so please do something about this matter and go on with your life's....
