If they go into Iraq on a bombing run they will not be using drones.

Trump was warned them not to make any more threats and should they act on them he has told them what to expect.

This is good on his part as miscalculations will not happen.
They can use B52 bombers only when the air to air and surface to air threats don't exist. They can detect a B52 size radar ping from several hundred km away, then can detect it approaching and take evasive actions on the ground.
Unless the B52 with standoff weapons which out range the S300 missile batteries, the B52 is just there to intimidate iran.

Not you as well i already got this line last weekend

Leaves out Clinton. What war did he start :) Yugoslavia involvement by US was already into his second term

I have a simpler reason for American presidents wining a second term. Corruption.

What are the odds of an Indian PM getting a second term ? less than 50%

Every country preferred means of attention diversion is wars. Sarkozy did that by taking out Gadaffi. Clinton was in several wars in from Somali(black hawk down) to bosnia, kosova. US F16s, F117 where shot down in those wars.
Even modi last minute votes gain including mine was because of his strong Miltary action against the paks.

Since the opposition here cannot rise any higher than character assassinations of Sadhguru here is one point i picked up on. Those cops in Lucknow with bullet injures. He mentioned 57 cops had bullet injures. This is a very high number.

Never heard of it but some people went digging and found only one. Interesting

Not holding Sadhguru to this though as his video is dated Dec 22 and that is what the news at the time said.
Yes his video was shot in dec 23 or dec 22. NDTV as you know has employees with deep roots to congress, so there will be Bias, just like Goswani who has ties to BJP.
When they say bullet injuries it could be from fire arms but as wells as air guns, the laters pellet injuries are super ficial at long ranges.

Afghanistan is supposedly the Saudi Arabia of Lithium. Good luck getting any of it out.
Didn't know they had lithium, we should get some licenses to get lithium considering the good relationship with the afghan government.

Venuezuela has been a pita for a long time. 1895 had the US & britain almost coming to blows because Veneuzela was in debt to the US
We where even pressured to stop buying Venezuela oil by the current US administration, A coup was in works there but timely assitance of russian merceneries and show of force by russian strategic bombers landing there saved them.

Bunch of kids protesting outside Syria telecom's office because they wanted cheaper internet rates.

What does Assad do, Crack down violently on them. That was all the excuse required by those in the Gulf to start putting militias together to go after Assad. This only caused him to crack down on Sunnis more which increased the flow of terrorists and the result is a country pushed back at least a hundred years. Because there were multiple fights going on between multiple actors.
Assad has said that initial crack down was a mistake. He says if you have protestors running with guns and shoots local law enforcements, then you will expect some tough response. But he admits the trouble makers blended with legitamate protestors and targeted police.

Under his rule woman have rights, he bans face viel. Free health. If you listen to his unedited interview its far cry from what the western MSM media is trying to portray, he destroys their questions with logical facts and common sense. MSM says he is a monster, I believed them until I started monitoring the situation in syria since the Russian intervention. I think he genuinally cares for his people. considering the little income syria gets he has done a stellar job.

Ukraine caused a US - Russia split that complicates our dealings with either country
Iran means cannot buy oil from Iran and potentially we lose access to Afghanistan and the Paks gain the upper hand there
Putin and Bush where buddies laughing and chatting in Camp david, first strained relations happened when Georgia intervention by Russia in 2008. Even after that Dmitry Medvedev had good relations with Obama but when you put missiles in russia door step, it means russia cannot retaliate against the US nuclear response. Because the faster smaller missiles can hit those slower heavier ICBM of russia in its boost phase.

Which is why putin spent billions getting next gen weapons which can defeat all known US missile defense systems.
Look at this anti missile interceptor. Never seen such a fast missile launch.

No casualties. All were in the shelter long before impact.

So US can detect Iran's missile launches ;)
Could be that or Iran delberately missed or even warned through back channels to have a face saving exit.

My reason to believe the report is sadhguru mentions restraint

Now which police force any where in the world is going to be restrained in the face of 57 injuries ?

Unless it was not that high to begin with and much lower instead

Iran used ballistic missiles. AIM says ballistic missiles of the Iran/China/NK variety can be off from 500m up to a km. They are for nuclear delivery not conventional. In other words safest place to be is where they are aimed :)

Thing is Iran has more accurate missiles than these SCUD like that AIM is referring to.

Fateh-110 & Zolfhagar which is a variant. CEP of 100m as opposed to over 500m

Now the odd thing unless there are further developments is that Iran has concluded Operation Martyr Qassem Solimani.

Iran TV says 80 Americans were killed. There is no opposition in Iran's parliament that will demand evidence.

Trump has tightened sanctions in response so there will be no armed response from the Americans.

The matter rests there.

All Surface to surface missiles are ballistic missiles, only cruise missiles with a jet engine are different. This gives a message to US, Israel and Saudi about their precision. This attack was probably about inflicting material damage. Iran will use their militias to do the dirty work for targeting humans.

No need, he did not want another Benghazi

It's funny how the opposition behaves. When we hit Balakote they wanted proof, there they are asking for proof of imminent danger. How was Solemani an imminent threat ??!!

Completely ridiculous. Embassy got attacked, by the same militants the Americans bombed in response to the contractor's killing. Few days after when same militants went at the embassy the Iraqi guards did nothing and only after a day of rioting they went back. What happens next time they get upset at the americans ? will they go further ? who wants to know. The guy in washington so far removed gets only two options, no or go.

By middle of last year the americans instituted a zero american death policy. Should even one american be killed there would be a military response.

There have been many attacks over the last year on US interests in Iraq. What did the Americans do ? nothing because no americans were killed in the process, that is until the contractor.

Ships get mined in the gulf, drone shot down, saudi oil facility attacked. American response ? nothing

What are these people good for then

So the proxies think they can escalate. No they cannot.

Course democrats are making song and dance saying he lied about Solemani, started an unnecessary conflict and is a threat to their country

The proxies even without orders are escalating every day after the killing of that general, we hear news on rockets landing in Baghdad green zone. So they keep doing this small scale attacks.

The real reason they killed him is because US was loosing its grip on Iraqi government. When they saw protestors/militia get a free entry to the green zone Embassy area alarm bells would have rung.
Its been said that US even pressured iraqi MPs to not attend the vote for expelling foreign troops. Iraqi general was lured there in a pretext of meeting between saudi officials, this was said by the Iraqi PM .

Trump administration even failed to convince some republican as to the immediate threat of iran, which was the justification they told.

This is what most people were expecting instead of that ballistic missile attack. It's the proxies in need of getting their morale back. The KH leader was also taken out with the drone strike. Still, it remains to be seen to what level they will go. Trump has restored deterrence across the spectrum.

Sunni & Kurd MP's won't need any pressure to not show up. Their people were celebrating. In any case the vote is non-binding and just symbolic.

Everybody knows if the US leaves, Iran's influence gets stronger. Many don't want that including Shias.

You make it sound like a setup

What could go wrong with this? All banking data up for grabs by third party apps.
You get to select what they can see meaning you control your data. As opposed to not knowing who gets what. The idea seems good particularly the following..

A prospective borrower might, for example, release part of his goods-and-services tax filings to convince a lender of credit-worthiness. A vegetable vendor without collateral to back a loan might share a cash-flow statement or use a mobile phone repayment history to demonstrate reliability.
The new system will help lenders serve millions of small Indian companies that need to borrow an estimated 1.5 trillion rupees ($21 billion) a month, said BG Mahesh, co-founder of Sahamati, a non-profit collective of account aggregators.
“Small banks can compete in this newly-leveled playing field by giving out sachet loans to businesses which have no assets other than cash flow,” he said.
It means more people will avail loans at lower rates. This will make a MASSIVE difference to the economy :)

Let's take the vegetable vendor who cannot get a bank loan. He goes to the money lender. What terms does he get

He wants to borrow Rs.45,000
Lender agrees and tells him he has to repay Rs.50,000
The period is one hundred days
A collector will be over to the shop every day to collect Rs.500

Who can tell me what rate of interest he has borrowed this money at ?

Why are you so sure interest rates will be lowered? Will they fall to like 4-5% levels or still be like 10%+?

Why are you so sure interest rates will be lowered? Will they fall to like 4-5% levels or still be like 10%+?
What the rate is depends on other factors.

The point is more people will be able to avail of loans at less than they can get presently.

More lenders will want to make loans. There will be competition.

Demonetization itself created doubt regarding the govt acting in good faith with the populace.

+1 for keeping the real issues alive.

From the article:
"" India also has a history of collecting and protecting massive personal data sets, including biometric and payments information.""

Certainly a paid write-up.
Nandan Nilkani has begun marketing his new business idea.

Indian micro-economy used to boast of small savings.
Now, these bankers and tech giants are going to push it into debts.

Cops say it was personal reasons. Seems too organised for just protesting
Rao said the arrested wanted to attack and kill the leaders who took part in the pro-CAA event. They initially pelted seven stones to scatter the crowd so that they can attack the leaders, but they failed. Later, they saw Varun walking out of the crowd wearing a saffron shirt. So they followed him and attacked him with lethal weapons
