Excellent plan IF there is no FUP limit for ₹1,099 plan.
Even broadband providers are not giving unlimited data for high speed.

Because you never want your browsing experience to go down from 3-4mbps constant to 100 or 200kbps or 56.6Kbps!

What about low density areas like villages? Do bsnl spend so much that they can't make wired economical ..Maybe they should charge cheap for additional 3g recharge?

Speed is the main issue with bsnl 3g. At best, at some places, we get 1-3mbps. This goes down to 2g like speeds in most places i've tried using it. I've completely given up recharging a 3g plan on my bsnl, and just use it for the awesome calling packs. In order to compete with Jio they would need to provide a consistent 3mbps at minimum at all places, and 5-10 mbps if possible. 3G in the gulf is about 10mbps from my experience.

Has anyone subscribed to this? Is it truly unlimited 3G without FUP?

Using this plan in bangalore for the last 12 days. Unlimited and downloaded close to 30 GB till now. Speed on avg 4 Mbps, peak observed is close to 10 Mbps late night.
