Budget 0-20k Budget:20K PC build for Web Development(HTML,Java, etc.), Networking, photoshop

Hi,

I have an outdated pc with p4 processor and a 1GB ddr2 ram. I want to upgrade it. I am planning use components of my old pc that include cabinet case, SMPS(300W, let me know if this not sufficient), LCD monitor. So all I need is advise on other core components with a budget of 20K.

My requirement is to buy a PC where I could develop some webpages in Java, learn networking concepts and do Photoshop. I want good video play back.

Please let me know your suggestion for building a PC with above requirement.

I would say skip the gfx card and get a i3 2120.
Take the Gfx card afterwards.

You don't really need the i3 either, 500MHz isn't that big a difference. But you definitely don't need the graphics card for any of the tasks you've listed.
