Something to get you started (sans case and peripherals). Leaves you with 15k for case and peripherals.

You can go for a 3200g and/or 512GB ssd to cut some cost. On the intel side you can go with 10100F + h410m/h510m mobo. If your cousin is into rgb then make sure the mobo has a 4pin rgb header (most probably not going to find a 3pin argb header at this price range.) Make sure the case comes with fans or account for that in the overall cost.

Check this build https://pcpricetracker.in/b/s/53ed1783-8f29-4f0e-98b8-080d3241adf3

These are excellent components which will easily last you 5 years. No need to skimp and buy cheap components, you have a decent budget. You should be able to get these within 41k at local markets, I haven't selected the cheapest possible prices deliberately so as to keep price expectations realistic. Most components are from MD comps which is cheap, but not cheapest of the lot.

The above list looks great. I am planning to buy items this Saturday. Will GTX 2060 be a decent pair for above build or will it create any bottleneck?

It should pair decently.

Before you go to buy, please make sure of the GPU length. 2060 shouldn't be a problem but it doesn't hurt to check once before buying the cabinet.

Quite perfect build, just swap 2 things.
1. i3-12100f istead of i3-12100, it will save you around 2.5k
2. Monitor - Go with Msi G2412 for around 10k (invest that 2.5k in the monitor)
