21-30k Budget Laptop

Hi,

My old personal laptop crashed and not reviving. Since it is 10 yrs old and its battery, sound already dead, now display, I decided to buy new rather than getting it fixed.

It would be used by my daughter 10th std for her online school and tution classes. Do not require any high end stuff as I already assembled 70k desktop couple of months back. So anything which require high CPU and RAM stuff, she can use desktop.

Laptop should not be cheap but do not damage pocket as well. Considered one below model. Please suggest alternatives or other models as well.

It is available in local shop in 28k. If I opt for Ryzen5, it cost 35k.

Hi Sunily,
Since you are asking for a basic system, I would strongly advice to opt for a SSD based system. The mechanical hard drives are now slowly becoming to be used for long term data storage like CCTV et all. SSD will help a lot to speed up normal day to day tasks like boot up, office packages, copy-paste etc. Plus 14" screen size would help to to keep it on the lighter side. If you can stretch a little bit (35k) you can look at the below suggestion:

Since you have a desktop already, you just need something that'll handle general purpose computing well enough and comes in a high quality package.
