I just tried to buy it and it sent me an OTP asking me to complete the diagnostics in the My Galaxy app. I cant seem to find a way to get that working. I opened the galaxy app and nowhere it says to enter OTP or start diagnostics. It just says under my device that activation pending because of diagnostics.
Can someone nudge me in the right direction? I called the helpline and they just asked me to email, which I've done.
