Buying psp need suggestions

hello

i am planing to buy a psp, as i am confused which version to buy......pls give suggestions along with the prices......and which one is better nintendo ds or sony psp.

If you are not into jailbreaking then - Buy a Sony PSP coz cartridges for Nintendo DS are very hard to find. PSP UMD's are available almost at all stores where games are sold. Buy PSP 3004 which costs around 8500.
 
dude...psp2 comes out in japan by the year end n in europe by march 2012 so definitely wont come to india b4 april 2012....but things can chng in a short notice....btw I would suggest u go for a psp 3004 (no psp go) & not DS as d psp is more of a hardcore gamer's device...moreover there are very simple jailbreaks availbale for psp....u can get a new 1 wid 2 free games 4 rs 9490 or 8500 widout d games...a used psp with 8 gb mmc & carry case u can get for 6-6.5k
 
Who said it is going to cost 25k ? Those are just rumors.. it is definitely not going to cost more than the PS3. 15k is what i'd put it at.
 
I would say lets b realistic...280$-300$ in USA so I think 17-18k here....

Don't wait for PSP2 mate...go for PSP 3000 or PSP go if you to put it in pocket...
Both are easily crackable...I have ordered a PSP Go ...hopefully the person brings it from France this weekend...
Upgrade to psp2 after 18-20 months when its price settles...

Although the prices haven't been disclosed by Sony (Rumoured $399 to $599), something that has graphics as good as the PS3 should cost near that mount atleast at launch.

Remember the PS3 was 50k at launch.
 
^ Till price settles Sony can release new PSP2 with new features and stuff...... If you gonna wait for price to come down then you can never buy any gadget because technology today is moving at very fast rate what's new today can become outdated in merely 2 months....
 
I don't think so 'cause Sony will try to sell PSP2 and will gradually start releasing exclusives for PSP2 as well.....But you never know Sony is unpredictable but according to me chances are very less.....

Sony is a company... of course it wants to make a profit else how are they going to do R&D and bring you new consoles ?
And don't tell me you actually want UMD support on the new PSP. And without there is no possible way to get old games on the new console for free... you want the old games , buy them on the PSN Store. They aren't expensive.
 
psp go = suck

psp 1000 = fat outdated

psp 2000 and psp 3004 not much different, although a wikipedia or google search should give the finer details.
