Monitors Calibration for Viewsonic vx2758a-2k-pro

So last week I bought the Viewsonic vx2758a-2k-pro-2 .
After using it for the past week the monitor seems decent but I just can't find any color calibration guides for this one.
Has anyone tried this one and what color setting you are using on the monitor ?
I'm not expecting some studio level quality just something to play games and edit YouTube videos with good color production.
Any suggestion will be appreciated.
 
I don’t see why a copied ICC profile from someone else would be any better than direct factory calibration. If the monitors were so similar that they had the same inconsistency, the company would calibrate it themselves. So, copying colour profiles seems like a futile effort.

still better than base settings, the difference is pretty huge after the ICC profile.

Hey man, I am also planning to buy the Viewsonic VX2758A-2K-PRO-2 for my first PC build...Mainly I would be doing design, video editing, 3d along with casual gaming...this one looks good within 20k budget....How's your experience with the monitor so far...Did u buy it from amazon & does the ICC profile makes the monitor color accurate enough..

Finally if you dont mind, can u share the name of the Youtuber, from whom u got the ICC profile

I can't say the color accuracy is best but it sure does feel a lot better after ICC profile.
For now no complaints with the monitor , working as it should.
Don't remember the Youtuber name but he was from Singapore or Thailand I guess.

Thanks for the quick reply...just another clarification - the monitor is mentioned as 185Hz & true 8 bit (amazon) & also as 175Hz & 10 bit (8bit + frc) in sites like computech, elditehub, etc....Are there two variants available in India...and also did u buy from Amazon & what version did u have?

There are 2 versions, mine is 175hz bought from Flipkart.
