Reason for Sale: Love the game to bits, but I'm spending WAY too much time playing it. Got things I need to tend to, so I decided on selling the key off, then I can happily press Shift + Delete on my COD4 folder.

Haha sorry, I'm a big sitcom - Modern Family fan, hence the stupid hiccup I'll correct that . But I do wonder what would Call of Duty Modern Family be like!

I really doubt it. Even on Steam it retails for $30, that roughly translates to Rs.1,400/-. This is not tied to any Stem ID, so if the buyer feels like registering it with Steam, they can do so, afaik.

Sorry for the bummer but if it's a retail key, you wont be able to register it with steam.
