Camera in various nokia phones?

I was checking cameras in various nokia phones and there were two types of cameras for video with resolution width >> 1280 X 720 pixels or
640 X 480 pixels, @ 15/30 fps .
So I wants to know whether camera in nokia phones with 5 mp and 15/30 fps recording are same or not. ( C5,C3-01, 500,asha 300,603,700 etc)

All S^3 series phone will record in 720p , they initially recorded at 24 FPS .. this has been pushed up to 30FPS with an update.

as for the new nokia releases based on S40 and S60, their 5MP is either capable of VGA @ 24fps or QVGA @ 15fps (I know, sucks right?)

^^S40 based i think ? ... there is no S60 now. And all Anna/Belle based phones are capable of HD video recording.

You have to read carefully, I mentioned new. 5233 is from 2009. Even I got a 5230 buddy.
