Android Can eSIM work as a third mobile number on a dual SIM mobile ?

Best is to just try it and find out. You would need a way to make an international payment to the company though.

Yes but I was kind of hoping if folks here have tried it. There are a few Indian reviews of the App but most are negative.
Not sure what you mean about international payment. My use case was to convert my secondary number to esim and swap that across my Pixel and my LG G8x as and when needed. This workaround would have been put in LG SIM 1 which their App is showing to be supported.
