Is there any website which keeps track of all new job/exam notifications from govt/PSU orgs?
Few websites like byjus and jagronjosh does this but I think they cover only important exams while not tracking many other job notifications. Also both sites are very cluttered. Are there any alternatives?

In india where almost in every medical sector which needs almost 2lac posts or requirements only there is 10k and that too in the private sector and that too in urban regions and nobody in the rural regions
Who ever comes out of the college goes either to lucrative private sector or goes abroad citing good pay and good living then what about the people living in rural regions.
Nobody gives a f@ck to what happens to health sector but give a Good speeches. That's all.
Only .00001 people might give in to their ideal and work in the rural regions but what about the remaining.
I don't blame the remaining because every body wants to have good life good pay good services to them or to their respective families
So it requires a change in thinking in perspective and it requires either 10 to 20 years to take it effect.
So change will happen but let us all give it a chance to happen

Please ask the government to pay a decent salary to the doctors then. Most PHC doctors get 30-40k. After spending 5+3 years grueling in G and PG, who the hell wants to get a 40k job ? That too in areas with low living conditions, poor sanitation, low understanding of hygiene etc.
This is not only for doctors, but for any civil servant going to such areas. If you can't make living conditions....livable, at least make the pay lucrative enough. And increase accountability.
I have worked with INGOs at bad areas, filled with Naxalites etc. Same areas had WHO and ICRC projects too. They paid 80k+ to a medical graduate for doing similar job, way back in 2012. Why should one go for government jobs then ?
Most people today pay a pretty penny to become doctors. It's the sad but realistic truth. Inside the system, one gets all dove eyed that "Duniya ko badalna hai". Once you graduate, and don't see opportunities, you say **** it and start hunting for corporate jobs or going outside India. Please understand that MBBS/MD/MS is a stream with NO campus placement. It's not IIT or IIM. There are no hospitals dying to hire you.
Please don't make statements like this.
You expect a young doctor with 8-10 years in medical school after PG to work for 1000 EUR in a PHC?
Send the private/ Chinese/ Russian / Czech third class college graduates to PHCs ( they don't know much beyond PCM, rantac etc.and slightly better than quacks, some people will be benefited and these doctors who haven't seen even few hundred patients during medical school will gain some experience)
If Indian people expects most AIIMS pass.outs to join PHCs , that's not only a huge waste of manpower and totally unfair to these hardworking, knowledgeable doctors.
It's a complete misconception that practice in a metro city is very lucrative.
Same goes with UK ( major destination hub for Indian doctors) the pay scale is sub par in NHS, some trust hospitals are no better than PHC.
Yes, doctors in US make very decent money, but they work hard, very hard and can't get away with anything like India.
And it's not that easy to go abroad with a MBBS and MD. The screening in some countries are extremely difficult.
I will give my own example...after doing MD twice, MPH and PhD, I couldn't get any decent job ( yes, there were plenty of jobs in corporate hospitals, but I wanted to get into public health and only teaching institutions were accepting me, where there's minimal scope of groundwork and practically no research ecosystem...will you work in such institutions? Even ICMR is no better, they will make you a research guide..it's the most boring thing)
Still there are plenty of MBBS doctors want to join PHC, but the procedure is very convoluted.

The world is after money be it poor or richie rich then these are those students who have mortageg their lands, homes, taken hefty loans just to get that seat and the graduate with c class or a lass doctor, doesnt matter to them.
What all counts is how soon to repay these debts and these guys are in that hurry grabbing jobs in pvt. sectors thus the oath they took just remains inside the college..

Almost every friend of mine or relative of mine from software or medicine studies are in abroad except those few who has the capability to establish their own units either own software company or own hospital or any ancillary unit related to the above 3.
Please tell me do anybody who mortgage their lands or houses can or will dare to establish such units and won't they think of all options like of non payment of mortgages will end up of auction of such properties or not.
And if successful payment will only end in successful running of such units.
And how many would end up doing so
And keeping in mind our economy and present scenario.
Because all above people I said about won't & didn't have the luxury to establish or even study medicine or engineering by their own accord but are dependent on their parents and completed by keeping in mind their parents hardships.
So I don't blame them because everybody wants to have a good life to them and to look after their parents as well.
So in every household of Andhra Pradesh either from urban or semi urban or rural households almost all of my relatives children are in abroad leaving only the 0.0001 of those who established their own businesses which also is the result of their parents hardwork for so many years.
So tell me statistically if statistics are to be believed upon because numbers can be skewed according to who ever wants it to satisfy them.
But ground reality is what is important.
PS: Nobody either from my friends circle or relatives circle are from rich or super rich because all of them I again repeat all of them are from either lower middle class or middle class only which makes them hardworking according to Indian standards.
Even my parents worked hard to study me or make me comfortable.
If I am in the present situation means it's because of their hardwork & savings & blessings from almighty God.
So I know what it means by class system especially middle class or working class.
It's still very much possible to become a doctor in India ( both MBBS and beyond) practically free.
MBBS: After getting through the entrance you just have to go through scolarship tests ( it used to semester...don't know what happens now) and a rank in top 10 in the class will ensure that you don't have to pay any tuition fees, plus you will get a small amount of money too. Trust me, it's not difficult at all..both my sister and myself got it easily.
Post MBBS: You get a stipend from intership till PhD.
I possibly never bought a new book before MD, every book was available in the hostel from some senior or other ( who could afford them)
Medical education is still practically free in India if someone studies hard enough ( it is no rocket science...initially you memorize pre and para clinical subjects gradually most of the things get much easier during clinical subjects)
But it takes some very hard work, tenacity and patience for years.
So please don't expect all of us to work for few thousand EUR in India. Moreover it's not only money, there's no ecosystem of research in medical science in India ( ICMR controls it!!!!)
In US/ EU one breakthrough paper can change your life, in India, nobody cares about papers.

Becoming a doctor in India means with the hundred or so seats per state out of thousands so come out of intermediate colleges opting for Bipc to become a doctor is like waiting in Que for 1st day show tickets unless you have monies to pay for donation seat to study medicine.
But for engineering colleges there are so many in and around our Hyderabad and many Mncs including local companies go and select students based on merit which are freshers and others too get selected by showing their experience which obviously might be fake but it happened for my wifey as she got a plump job in Infosys by showing 3 years as experience where the previous recruiter did not honor his commitment by selecting many from her college so she just improvised after 3 years and 2 years into our marriage.

Yes there is a lot of scope for doctors with MDs here in India because that what I see all the time here in Hyderabad.
But there arent a single doctor in any of the villages where my mom or my wife came from other than RMPs only.
Why because
Here in urban or in our native place like semi urban localities people get paid well along with the standard of living is also a major factor nowadays.
So by comparing india to G8 countries those who can or want to do a stint there would obviously go and render their services and get paid along with good standard of living there.
I am not a bhakt of BJP but after they came into power in 2014 they made mandatory to all IItians to do social services for a stipulated period to get graduated because after all its the govt paying for all the IITs which in turn is anyways peoples monies which are got by collecting taxes.
So this above move is a welcome change apart from the many other moves or changes taken by the present regime.
In times of hardships or strife a mans mind shall be revealed
So like the above saying goes
We all should stand united and support the people we elected not abuse them now in these testing times because its us who brought them there by voting.
If all goes well we say what a man or party
If anything like this comes we should not blame them now
Corona virus isnt brought by any party in India
So even the mightiest country faced it and because of its small population vaccination got completed so soon. Even them are facing some difficulties like everybody.
So we should change our perspective and cross this hurdle by staying unit3d everybody of us.
This is my opinion.
Even for any profession or education for that matter positive thinking always brings good thoughts and one can cross anything put forward to him or her.
So many possibilities are available now not like when we studied.
Even greater possibilities will arise in the future for our kids etc
