what about internet connectivity in cdma?? am a noob when it comes to it..I saw in gsmarena that it has no gprs, so how do i connect to affordable internet??? donot want to use 3g. Also does that Nexus S have a Super Amoled display??

Also when was the evo bought?? can you give me more information on it.

CDMA has internet connectivity, don't have much idea about tata cdma internet connectivity, but we have evdo on reliance and there must be something similar in CDMA. Also, yes the Nexus S has Super Amoled Display :)

These are with me for 3-4 months now...

if something gets a number ported from a different carrier like [ loop aka BPL ] to reliance CDMA , will it have any disadvantages because a lot of people here in mumbai say that reliance su*k and all ..

No disadvantages, if you feel your areas has bad reception, which I think has very less chances, you can always port your number back ;)
