Original delivery Date - 29June - 1st July
Teh Original post is still not edited. The GO closed on 14th June and ETA mentioned was 12-14 Days.
I got my Monitor on July 17th. There was a invoice of sorts but no bill. So i asked the dealer so send me the bill.
He replied saying that the Bill would be shipped etc. But nothing happened.
Now again posted in the thread as to ship the Bill

This much follow up for a simple monitor bill is just prepostorous.
He is a Dealer who conducted the GO. I purchased a monitor from him and like in every purchase i should be getting a bill from vendor to document the purchase. Its a pretty standard and normal procudure.
From his replies it seems that he has sent the bill to me. He has clearly mentioned in his posts in the relevant thread.
Now there is no tracking number for the Bill. That means he has been lying about the bill for over a month now.
I am at a loss on what to do now. Just wanted to bring this to your attention.

My intention is not to malign anyones reputation but how to make the dealers more responsible and Responsive.. There should be some sytem in place as its quite evident that the iTrust system isnt working as expected.

But there are issues like -
1 Dealers falsely claiming to have stock of a product
2 Bills not generated

4. If a dealer is not able to deliver a product for which he has already received payment, he should at least inform the customer that its going to be delayed and issue a fresh ETA. If its done more than twice, the dealer should offer a refund or an option for the customer to buy anything else.
Cant a dealer maintain a simple record to track his pending shipments and ETAs?

If not, clearly tell the customer that you don't have that product & will inform once it comes to you. There is no point in making some one wait for 1 month or more for such things .

You said about the bill ,Well how many people have got a bill from vijay i can bet hundreds of you right ,Well that means he missed it [ On purpose i say defiantly not ,Mistake 100% can happen ] ,Does that means we as customer never make mistakes i have voiced this many time time and again i will again do this .Also listen to this
Fresh ETA can only be given if a supplier can remove a jerk [ Rep ,handler etc] from the chain the system he works ,How many people are having that patience and time to deal with a dealer like this some of you are so horrible that you give order ,do not even have time to wait for processing ,send the payment ,Payment has not even reached but you start calling and swearing on phone etc assuming you have paid and you will get the material in hext one hour ,Nash is a classic example of this [ It happens to me ] .So is there a scope of improvement for us as customers also or is it only thr dealer to bear the brunt all times .

Customer is not getting it from anywhere ,comes to dealer dealer does not have he calls his supplier they say thay can arrange ,deal gets finalised and is delayed due to the system i reffered to before ,Is this your TE dealers fault ?. Secondly its stupid and rubbish to stock all products of the world and sell ,Who and which company does that ,If that was the case there would have been no dealer end user distributor or manufacturer relationship

I am really surprised being an official dealer of genuine products you still do not understand the concept of buyer--->seller--->merchandise+BILL. I have asked you many times, what is the reason that a bill is not dispatched with the hardware. Being "busy" is a cock-and-bull story, which sorry to say NO one will buy here. You gave quite a long lecture in post #41, but like 90% of it was nonsense. You were just explaining the sad and sorry state of India's supply chain and procurement line -- you being an independent entity. We all ready know this. But if you want to make this as an excuse for not giving bills, improper communication, false commitments, refusal of refunds, and beating around the bush business dealings -- you can type "n" posts like this, and they will just take up server space.
